Cold air intake advice?

Hey all! I was previously happy with my spectre intake until this happened... anyway, any advice on a DIY intake box and or a new air filter. Going to be resealing my turbo drain today and this put a damper on the day. Pictures are certainly appreciated! Anyway, thanks as always!
