blower motor doesnt work

sorry i dont have a manuel where does the power come from going to the blower motor im not getting power to the fuse thanks for any suggestions

neither side of the fuse gets power when i jump power it starts working so hopefully ill get it figured out
this weekend im putting the hydro boost on elec vac pump for a/c controls and my carrier lift pump so ill start messing around with that hope fully today after work

The basic premise is that the fan has power going to it all the time. The switch controls the fan motor path to ground, either directly (high speed), or through resistors (less than high speed).

when i jump power every thing works properly the varibale speed fan is working so does that mean that there is a fuseable link in the dash some where that im missing i just dont want to go chasing wires all over the place has anybody had this problem before
