Three years ago when I did the form 426B for the Bronco, and after my 3 month battle with them the first time. I recieved a correct Title.
Then a week later, I received ANOTHER ONE. Just like the first. You know, on the title, there is a little clause that says "Duplicating this title is against the law, punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both".

So it really didn't suprise me when the title for Matthias' diesel F-150 showed up. Yup, WE DID IT!
However, before jumping up and down with joy, I read it.

Now, keep in mind, that NO WHERE on the form 426B, is the VIN number of the parts truck. NO WHERE on the form 426B is there a mention of the parts truck being originally titled in Maryland. NO WHERE on the form 426B is any relevance at all, to the fact that this parts truck was an F-250. So why have a #@$#%%#@ Form 426B if your not going to FRICKIN' READ IT!
The ONLY way this could have happened was if somebody looked at the title of the parts truck (stapled to the BACK of an 11 page document which is the form 426B), and said "oh, this must just be a simple title transfer from this Mel Agne to this Matias Agne guy".

By the painfull ministrations and countless plans to cover every possible aspect of tax avoidance and deception. By committee's and chairpersons who oversee and organize every concievable angle that someone could try to approach. To close every loophole.
Yes. All that planning. All that effort. All that tireless scrutiny. Has yeilded a complete ZERO.
So, 100% of all the form 426B's that I have submitted to the state, have resulted in a 100% dispersment of illigitament titles. Those who designed and inacted the very laws that are supposed to prevent people from obtaining illigitament titles, are the very people doolling them out!

So... the defective title is back at the title and tag service. How they are going to explain this to Penndot, I have no idea. After all, when your dealing with the mind of a child, how could they possibly understand?
