My Ex was just weighed the other day when we went to pick some 'pretty rocks' for the wifes flower beds....

7710 with just me in it .... these were not certified scales though, just weigh first - load up - and weigh again and pay for the difference....

SCT tunner will be the best thing for the powerstroke (excluding the 6.4L). I would sugest a tunner and exhaust. An intercooler really want do you that much good until you really get the hp numbers up there. On my 6.0L i just straight piped it then through helping a good friend out he gave me a 5" SS. exhaust kit. It sounded different and thats about it there was no change in mileage. As far as an intake it as the same as the intercooler you dont need it til the hp numbers get reasonable. And on the list of things to get should be gauges. Id say before you even do anything performance to it. Unless you get the SCT livewire (or something similar) and use it to monitor the differnt parameters in your truck.
