95 crewcab dually part out

i got a 95 crewcab dually part out

no rust body is great interior is ok

motor has a bad knock says p/o
auto trans
it is a powerstroke
p/o took off vavle cover and tried to take off the oilpan while motor was still in truck
does not run but could i guess.. it is like a 2 tone blue


make me offers on all parts or whole truck
