Some that are not current on reading thousands like this will think this is telling them its 25 thousands but it sure is not. They are a very hard material called inconel. Its a very high grade heat resistant and erosion proof stainless steel. Most machine shops can't afford the special surfacing cutters to be able to mill the heads with the cups in them. But the better shops have this cutter and they are the ones you want to use. Removing the cups and chucking them up in a lathe or fly cutting them on a Bridgeport mill is plenty of work.
