I used a steam gauge, I didn't check the CEL, it went away a soon as I unplugged the fuel pressure gauge
That's really odd.
If you have the money, instead of replacing the mechanical pump (which doesn't seem like the problem imo), go efuel.
You hooked it to the test port on the regulator?

Could still have a blockage.

Would the fuel pump hold debris?

I finished up the filter bowl too. New fuel tank, blew out lines, tank switch spent time in ultrasonic cleaner and verified operation. Any ideas on where else I might find a blockage.

I reckon it could.
I have a good used fuel pump if you want it to try.
That way you're not paying full price for something that may or may not be the cause.

Did you clean the screens on the fuel filter housing?

#1 first things first.
if youre gonna own a powerstroke,
GET A GOOD SCANNER.
you will eliminate 1/2 your research time.
if you got shower head issues, you will most likely have issues up to the soup bowl.
if you have problems with it after the soup, well then youre in for a treat.
i would start with a min of blowing out all lines, new filter. and if you got the coin, go e-fuel.
can even go cheap and switch to the 99+ efuel

if the CEL light up, you got some other issues going on as well.
i fought my SD for months with bad IDM's to figgure out i had a chafed wire.
you need to do a contribution test, and all of the other functioning test to know *** is up with these ********.

good luck on your venture.

Are there any more screens after the fuel bowl? Guy at work says there is one where the fuel enters the galley in the head.
