I have a 1994 F350 turbo diesel that just shut down suddenly while driving down the road. I cranks fine but appears to not be getting fuel. I disconnected the fuel pump and it is pumping sufficient fuel. I took the fuel shut off solenoid loose and it is opening and closing normally. I replaced the O rings around the fuel injectors because some of them were leaking. The truck stil will not start. The truck acts like it wants to start but it is not getting the fuel it needs to start. I have tried both fuel tanks. I put new glow plugs in it about 3 months ago. Any suggestions?

You say that the fuel pump is pumping, but does it just appear to be pumping since you have it disconnected? There's a screen on the IP that could be clogged and not letting fuel in the IP.
