I figured i might as well share some of this with all of you over here as I have helped a lot of others around with the DT360 swap and even offering kits to put one in Ford trucks! I've got a lot of time and money vested in this project and making it look factory. Granted I am nowhere near done at this time, it will be a very clean and well done setup! I am having custom pieces made for this swap and doing a lot of fab work myself to achieve my goal. Prospected outcome will be around 900hp on fuel only. I will be doing this using a 500cc comp 12mm p7100 with custom cut 131 dv's with a 4k gsk set around 20-22*. For injectors I am running prototype Contagious Diesel 5x.020s. They also did the work to the pump. I had a gear hub and plate machined to adapt the p7100 to the motor. I am running PBM 190# seat pressure valve springs over custom made Manton pushrods. I have a custom stainless T5 header being made that will have a holset hx52 over and ht4c (67mm over 85mm) bolted up to it running through either a Spearco or Mishimoto 6.0 intercooler and back in through one of my own fabricated intake manifolds. Engine vibrations will be kept in check using an ATI Super Damper covered with a custom serpentine pulley running a full serpentine conversion. Cooling for the engine will be covered by a stock 95 7.3 radiator backed by a 6.0 fan on a 7.3 clutch. The transmission will be getting a full Suncoast build with all billet internals and either a Suncoast 1056 or 1057 converter. It uses an Allison 2000/2400 converter housing to bolt up to the DT360s factory flywheel housing. Transmission will be controlled by a home made stand alone and tuned using EFI Live. Cooling will be controlled using 3/4 inch hydraulic hose to a Bobcat hydraulic oil cooler in front of the intercooler. Transfer case is a stock GM NP263XHD switched from electric shift to manual shift. Suspension for the time being remains stock other than custom leveling springs up front. I have swapped out the weak 10.25 rear axle for a much stronger Duramax AAM 1150 rear axle. Gearing will be 3.73s on 36 inch tires. Driveshafts will be a custom 5 inch aluminum 1 piece rear and a lengthened Duramax front. The truck did start life as kind of a beat up old rusty **** that I picked up dirt cheap and have stripped down to bare frame and slowly been restoring.

I can't see them either. I had to use photobucket and copy the images over on my build, as a good gentleman reminded me today. The pics turned out fine. I'd really like to see some pics of this build if you can edit them in. That's one cool project you got going there.

I'll see what I can do about the pics tonight.

As for a website, I do not have one at this time! Pm me for more info on the kits and I'll be glad to help you out

What might be cool to see is some 360 parts next to the same 6BT parts. Compare the heads & ports, rods, pistons, and maybe a few extra little things. Main stream popularity with the 360? Probably not. Recognition and respect.....OH yes!
