Pulled the cab off the 94.5 and the 84 so I could swap the crossmember for the transmission tomorrow I'm going to get the clutch and then the engine and transmission are going to find their permanent resting place in the chassis

Hmmm, I thought the stud / hole pattern was different between the two generations of window. I would just go with whichever will get your, er, observer to stop scowling at it... ;)

Whichever you choose, take this opportunity to put some loctite on the stud threads. Those nuts are torqued to only 22 INCH-pounds, and over the years they can work loose. It's another, more insidious reason the rear cab quarters rust in the SuperCabs; rain gets in through that loose window and pools at the bottom. The nuts on those windows in our '95 were finger-loose when we discovered this.

I like the solid single look.
But that comes from my chevy side. There's are a vent window.

Go for the single pane. It's going to be a very rare bullnose with a single pane and PSD. Make as many unique and fancy changes as you can.

You almost don't need the studs. The sealant should hold it in. The studs on the single pane set tight inside the opening on the older cabs. Like the nuts catch the sheetmetal lip. I'm swapping to singles and my plan is some clips to hold the window in until the sealant sets basically.

What I did is I cut out the old bolt pattern and used it like a large washer and bolted the wind to the cut out bolt patern and it caught on the lip of the old one will get pictures tomorrow

Yep. Large washers would probably do the trick just fine. What did you use for sealant? I've been mulling that over.
