All six are out. The trans and transfer case are off so no shifter(s) to bind. There's 2 bolts at about the 9 position, two at 12 and two at 3. All of them are out. The guide pin on the pass. side is loose, because I can pry the starter side of the bellhousing and see the pin. I have pried...
Thanks all! Yup - all 6 bolts are off. Damn thing is not budging. I've sprayed everything down - so will wait a bit before trying for the umpteenth time... I have a thin prybar in between the block and bellhousing (about a 1/10 of an inch thick) at about 11 o'clock. So if that doesn't work...
84 F-350, 6.9, T19, 4WD. Doing a clutch. Got the trans and t-case off in one piece. Removed all of the bolts from the bellhousing. The bellhousing will pry off on the starter side but is stuck at the 10 o'clock position. I'm I missing something? Is there a secret handshake or something...
I may have one but I'm not sure... Reason is that it's off of an 84 but - it was one of those conversions with a newer front end. I know that it was a diesel at one time (although it had been converted to a gasser). I bought it to attempt to replace the one on my 84 but have no idea if it...
Didn't know your truck was for sale....:rotflmao
Did a quick search on DC CL and found this add...

If they really want to clear the air in California they should go after cow farts! They could pass laws requiring a constant pilot light device be installed by a bovine's anus. Then the offending emissions could be burned before they cause any harm. Besides, if anyone is qualified to deal...
Is the second item gingko???
My first boss would say "go back to your desk and sit on your brain and it'll come back to you" LOL
(Sorry but I don't have "either" part)
In case it's helpful to someone.

You can't beat the price
I can confirm that my 84 f-350 originally had LHT only on the left rear. I've since replaced them to all RHT. For what it's worth, I have a Dana 70 in the rear and IFS Dana 50 in the front. All of the studs are 9/16 - 18 thread. (and yes you have to take the entire hub off to get the rear...
I first got one of the headers to spin. You can only do this a tiny bit because of the tab that fits in the cut-out. I then did the ol' wood block and tapping around the perimeter of the header until it came apart.

I'm thinking on making an offer. Pretty obvious that some of the pipes are not there.
Thoughts appreciated.
FWIW - here's what the on-line instructions look like on the AutoZone site...
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
1. Raise the vehicle and install jackstands.
2. Remove the wheel. Loosen the rear brake shoe adjustment.
3. Remove the rear axle retaining bolts and lockwashers, axle shaft, and gasket.
4...
Rich - thanks for posting that picture (which I had found while searching). I'll try the easy way (sliding them off) first. If that doesn't work then on to the more involved way.
Will they just slip off (with some persuasion of course)? Or do the axles/hubs need to come off to get the drums off? I just lost my brakes and found a big fluid stain in the left rear backing plate. Seems like that wheel cylinder is shot. I ordered all of the parts but none of my manuals...
Pirelli Scorpion ATR is the highest rated tire at Tire Rack. Part of the issue is that for whatever reason, you are stuck on that size. Tire Rack only offers 2 tires in that size and you already don't like one of them...
