Plainly the direction Heading is making sure the ip pump is getting the correct gph it needs to keep generating high pressure to all injectors equally. I think I should have posted these picts here , so u can get an idea on fuel pressure. installed engine off pump on , engine off engine at idle. When I get to 3000 rpm it fluctuates between 2.5 and 3-sometimes making to 4 psi.- blue rally

The shop no longer has the parts as this was approx 5 yrs ago. Otherwise I Would take a trip and get them. The engine has just over 1500 miles so it has yet to "broken in" thats another factor I am also takin in.- blue rally

thank you for that clarification, your answer is what I was looking for and hoping that the others was from the stable floor. as I posted in my original the last owner had the engine rebuilt when he blew up the turbo and not changing the oil. the shop had supposedly rebuilt the motor for a turbo...- blue rally

Thanks , thinking now maybe I should have went with rebuilt ip and injectors. From what I Have been researching better to go with ip 1st since new injectors pop off around 1800. contacted banks and they no longer sell some of the softparts and what they do is expensive, tech support also told me they no longer stock the downpipe or the clamp on flange. they sell the expensive v clamp tho.- blue rally

is there a fuel selector switch? this is were you will get the info from your fuel tanks. on a single tank truck they just used a " jumper" instead of a switch. this jumper initiated the fuel pump relay as well as the fuel sending unit.- blue rally
