HPOP is empty
It's there a noticeable difference between the 95 and the 96_03 Hpop. The fuel in the filter bowl is a lil dark. I've been planning on doing injector o-rings and cups but haven't had the time- pdfhick69

HPOP is empty
I removed the quarter in plug from the top of the Hpop and stuck a6" extension all the way in and no oil. Cranked it over for a lil while checked again and no oil. Is my Hpop shot? Thanks ahead of time- pdfhick69

95 ps wont start
about three days ago I noticed within 2 minutes of starting the motor hickups bad and almost dies then runs fine, its been blowing a lil blue smoke when started cold for a few months now then clears up when warm, the glow plugs are about 6 months old when I did the gp's I did valve cover gaskets...- pdfhick69

95 PS, will the 2wd 5 spd accecpt a transfer case?
i have a 95 2wd long bed crew cab with the zf 5 spd tranny, I have a dana 60 front end to put in and I was wondering if I can just remove the tailshaft off of my tranny and slip on a transfer case? thanks ahead of time- pdfhick69

lettering removal advice please
Snap on makes an amazing decal eraser air operated unit I'm pretty sure the call it a pinstripping remover or something along that line. Mine set me back around $300 kinda pricey but it's snap on and it works really well- pdfhick69

Welded my DMF
it really would be better, if you had access to a positioner a good welder would be able to do an almost perfeclty balanced job, probably close enough to not notice it at all- pdfhick69

please tell me i dont need a rebuild
i would deffinately send an oil sample in, it cost about 20 bucks around here so its well worth it, but if you do need a rebuild and have the ability and tools to do it your self you can get master kits from NAPA for about $2000.00 with pistons, and around 1400.00 without new pistons. i suggest...- pdfhick69

wastegated or non-wastegated
I mostly use it for towing and hauling fairly good sized loads. It does get afai amount of comutting miles to. I'm leaning towards wastegated- pdfhick69

12,000 lbs of 5 th wheel trailer
i see no real problems with your set up, just like everyone else has said go slow and easy, i've pulled a goose neck flat bed all over oregon weighing in at times well over 20,000 with a 90 idi, 5 spd, ats turbo, single rear wheels. i have a prodijy (? spl) brake controller that works awesome...- pdfhick69
