    i dont think there is anything out there that is a good "patch" and is good for any part of the cooling system.. any of that bars stop leak is scary if you have seen what it can do to coolant passages. i think mythbusters said egg can do the trick but dont quote me on that.. id try before u...

    junkyard if you wanna go on the cheap, than there is always ford.. checkout lmc truck.. maybe but i doubt they will have something and any aftermarket dipstick (autozone / napa)you may buy u need the original to set the stick length..
