The 70 ring gear is almost the same size as a 10.25. I would stay away (if you pull/mud a lot) from the D60- tech51

The only 10.25 disc brake rear end from Sterling was on the 97-00/01 F250 HD. And it was a 7 bolt lug set-up.- tech51

ZF transmission temp. sender location/tips?
Well get under it and pull the cover off. If the fly wheel has springs in it like a clutch plate then it's a DMF- tech51
