There's nothing to be gained by going to a NP435 from a T-19. The T-19's were used in the big block gassers and diesels. All my gassers are either 351W's or 300 inline 6's.- Fordman75

I own two vans. The 89 E350 extended clubwagon 351W/C6 (soon to be 300/NP435/NP205 ) that I'm building. My other van is a 96 E250 extended cargo van with the 351W/E4OD around 250,000 miles. John I'm pretty sure the pedals out the 81 would work with a Hydraulic slave set up. He would just need to modify the first piece of clutch linkage that goes thru the floor. Convert that linkage into a push rod. The hydraulic clutch master mounts to the floor where that linkage goes thru...- Fordman75

If I understand it correctly the Dana 60 was the rear in the SRW E350 vans and the D70 was in the dually E350 vans.- Fordman75

What year is the van rear diff? Are you sure it's a 10.25" and not a Dana 60? If it's the Dana 60 from right around 99, 2000 then it's no where close to be a bolt on deal. None of the stock Eaton superchargers will produce an "insane" amount of boost.:D I don't think he'll gain enough blower rpm with just a pulley swap. I was afraid you'd have issues making much of any boost with the M90 on the 6.9L. I've seen guys struggle to make 5lbs of boost with them on the 300's. I don't know if you'll be able to go with a small enough pulley on the Eaton to make it work. It might be time for a jackshaft.:D ;Sweet Or...- Fordman75

I was trying to help but no one wanted to listen so I just decided to go with the flow. The M90 was design for engines up to 5.0L. But there is one hell of a difference between a 4.6L/5.0L and a 6.9L/7.3L. To make a decent amount of boost you are going to have to spin the M90 much faster then...- Fordman75

I would agree if we were talking about a small 4cylinder diesel, but not a 7.3L! I won't run a single M90 on my 300 inline 6 gasser because it's too small!:D The 300 is like a gas powered diesel. I'm going to go with a single M112 on my 300. The M90 will never build much of any boost on a 7.3L...- Fordman75

Nice work but that Eaton is way too small! :D Those Eaton M90's came on a 3.8L V6 gassers. I've seen guys running two of them on a 5.0L gasser. Running a single one on a 7.3L has to be choking that engine.:D You need a couple M112's off a Lightning/Cobra or GT500. Then you'd be able to make a...- Fordman75
