Well down where you are I sure you can find themall over the place. Up here in the rust belt finding one like this one are rare. I did work a deal for the truck.I got $5k and trading in my F350. The truck has only 97k on it and it comes with 7.5 ft snow plow.- dieselM715

I found a 1993 f-Superduty for sale with a 7.3/5spd for $2000 I was looking at it thinking of swaping the 7.3/5spd in to my 1995 F-350 cc 4x4 with a 5.8/5spd. Would this be a good swap to do? I found a 1993 F-Superduty,it looks like a F450 to me.It's two wheel drive. I has a stright axle it the front,like a 2 ton truck has. The guy wants $2000 for it. I was looking to put the 7.3 and 5spd in my 95 f350 cc to replace the 5.8/5spd/4x4 gas. How easy would it be to do the swap...- dieselM715

I have a question for you guys. Whats the differance between a Ford 7.3 and a IH 7.3? :dunno What would I have to bring my '88 7.3 up to IH stanards? My plans for my 7.3 are to add a turbo(I have a Banks turbo)improve the fuel system with injectors and hopfully a Moose pump.Replace all orings...- dieselM715

I looking at a 89 490 out of a F350 to swap into my 95 F350 that has 5.8(351) in it now.I woundering what problems I would run into with this swap. Are the wireing harneses the same for the EFI?I know I will new a differant ECM and a differant trans.I'm going to try and get as much as I can...- dieselM715
