1993 F-Powerstroke

I found a 1993 F-Superduty,it looks like a F450 to me.It's two wheel drive.
I has a stright axle it the front,like a 2 ton truck has.
The guy wants $2000 for it.
I was looking to put the 7.3 and 5spd in my 95 f350 cc to replace the 5.8/5spd/4x4 gas.
How easy would it be to do the swap??

no 93 PSD's, first ones were 94.5

I'm just going buy what the plates on the fenders and what was writen on the widshield

as was said there was no PSD in 93.94.5 was the beginning.


but either way to do a stroke swap you need a complete donor truck.need to swap every wireing harness except the one to the rear of the truck.also swap thefuel tanks.the diesel will eat the galvanizing off the gassers tank and send it through the whole fuel sustem,not a good thing.youll also need the psd radiator support.and im not sure if the gasser frame mounts are the same for diesel.

if you can count 10 lug nuts on the wheels, you have a F450. case closed.
if so, you have a drop-in for the makings of a 4x4 install. just remove the parking brake off the butt of the trans.

Sorry guys for the confusion,my bad.I stopped and looked at the truck again and it's 1993 Superduty.A early F450.

A lot of people see 7.3 diesel and assume it's a Powerstroke... I see it all the time, on craigslist....
