3rd tensioner
94' 7.3 Turbo In the last year an a half my trucks been through an going on its third belt tensioner First time I just change the tensioner 2 time I changed the tensioner, idler pully, belt, an power steering pump becuase it had a little bit of a wobble to it Everything else looked fine Now...- BlueCrew

What causing it????
I went an checked out my vacuum pump an power streering pump The V/P I think is ok I can't move the pulley back an forth or side to side but it spins Hard soft hard soft.......But I think thats just the vacuum on it The P/S moves back an forth about 1/8"or so- BlueCrew

Back in April I put a tensioner, idler pull an belt serpentine on the truck. Thought that sovled my problem. Belt Tensioner
Whats the better of the two tensioners for these trucks The damper Shock Type or just the regular tensioner RockAuto has the damper type for 138.79 I have to replace the idler pully because the bearings shot an the belt walks back an forth till it come off- BlueCrew

ZF5 REVERSE
How many people have had problems out of there ZF5 putting it in reverse? I have to put mine in 1st then go to reverse or it will grind when I let out on the clutch in reverse.Sometimes it only goes halfway an pops out when I go to back up When I do get it in reverse it works fine Truck has...- BlueCrew
