update on injectors after pulling an injector out and cleaning up the gray ford paint on it , I found out they are united diesel injectors. so they have all been replaced. now my only suspicion is that since the ip was dead , bad lift pump and dirty fuel system when I got the truck, if some...- blue rally

The mechanical lift pump was replaced awhile back with electric. WhT you are looking at is the electric pump output.- blue rally

Plainly the direction Heading is making sure the ip pump is getting the correct gph it needs to keep generating high pressure to all injectors equally. Some may get just enough to pop off and deliver some fuel while other may get the full amount of fuel. If the pressure drops to zero the the...- blue rally

I think I should have posted these picts here , so u can get an idea on fuel pressure. installed engine off pump on , engine off engine at idle. When I get to 3000 rpm it fluctuates between 2.5 and 3-sometimes making to 4 psi.- blue rally

Looking around here in town I can get bwd-new for 36.99 or cordone reman for 54.99. Not to stuck on either. Also a bwd ip for 411.99.- blue rally

turbo engine.
The shop no longer has the parts as this was approx 5 yrs ago. Otherwise I Would take a trip and get them. The engine has just over 1500 miles so it has yet to "broken in" thats another factor I am also takin in.- blue rally
