So what are you going to do, cut out the emblem pockets and use that to french them into your fenders?

You could probably adjust that and even it out around just by tweaking the holes a little.

Cool!!

this morning was all about stripping the engine compartment.
after i got all of the sound deadening foam off, i found a nice rusty surprise.
which in turn made me pull the dash...
its ok tho i want to rewire the entire truck anyways.
i wanted to make way for new inner fenders, and to make the engine compartment look clean as can be.
plans are to delete the batteries.(install under the bed)
form up new inner fenders, line the inside of the fenders for a cleaner look,
relocate overflow and windsheild washer.
delete all of the BS i dont need. still have some wiring issues i need to solve in my head (will be posting a separate thread)
today i have to cut the floor out of the scrap truck for another member.
install the passenger side 2011 F350SD emblem and them steam clean the shat out of it.
gonna need to patch/reinforce the firewall also.
may even look at the firewall and see how feasible it would be to clearance for a 4" down pipe :sly

time to watch the babys for an hour or so and then get back to work!

its sunday, and now time to relax...

and..
i ran out of wire. but it was a good place to stop.

not to shabby IMO, needs some patching because im not the best metal guy..
alot slicker than stock plastic inner fenders!

i used a old fender i had layin around for the pattern.

Now would be a good time to install one of Freebird's firewall reinforcement plates.

got one. gonna be going in soon...
got some rust issues to resolve first..

only rust on this rig was by the GD clutch master.
