Winch bumper from a 97, onto an 84

I picked up a nice well built winch bumper that came off a 97 F-350. I got it cheap and plan to mod it to mount to my factory 84 front bumper mounts. Both the truck and bumper are half buried in snow right now so im reluctant to crawl under and measure thing up to see what all need changing.

Anybody know?

Frames are the same width but the mounts are TOTALY different

if i have a couple of minutes, I take a couple of pics on the bumpers of my early/OBS duo tomorrow. the ext cab truck is a '87 wearing a chrome OBS bumper.
