What is this part called

There's a black plastic piece that the Grill mounts to, and it looks like it goes out around the headlights. Can someone tell me what this is called? I need a new one. Hit a deer last fall. I thought it only broke the grill out, but when I replaced the grill I found that this other piece was mostly missing too. I'd like to finish the repair now that the weather is warming up.

You can always find one at a yjard and slap it on, I also don't know the name but they sure are easy to spot.

I believe junkyards call it a header panel. I just sold one the other day from a parts truck.
