Tearing down york

So I am trying to rebuild my York 210 but I am having touble removing the valve plate. It seems that they used a little RTV and I can not seem to figure out how to get it off. I could use any ideas.

I got it, I just needed a smaller screwdriver and a bigger hammer. Turns out there is a problem in the Valve plate, idk if its fixable.

Mine has stuck valves too.... I'd be interested if someone knew where to get parts...
