With the high cost of gasoline and diesel fuel impacting costs for automobiles, trucks, buses and the overall economy, a Temple University physics professor has developed a simple device which could dramatically improve fuel efficiency as much as 20 percent.


Gives credence to the theory of heating up your waste oil...

Interesting, but as i've heard from a few people, the hotter straight #2 gets the worse MPG you got. This device seems a bit more involved then just a "fuel heater" though. It would be nice if there is some actual truth behind this.

Given the acetone as a fuel additive thing has been around for a while and it actually works on both diesels and gassers (I've proven it myself) - the theory is that it allows the fuel to be easier to atomize and therefore easier to combust - that is what this technology purports to do.

Just a thought.
