piston to valve clearance specs?

I just got a Oregon Cam Grinding performance grind on my cam and am trying to check the piston to valve clearance but cant find a spec for it. Does anyone know it? Any advice appreciated.

I've done the same but they have less lift, different angle though..

Are you recessing valves closer to piston?

No more than 0.031", IIRC

I'm pretty sure that I remember Russ saying at least .030". That's what I went by checking mine.
