If you're lucky, it's just the oil seal where it's wet, so change that while you're changing the U-joint. It's possible to fracture an aluminum-alloy transmission case from a driveshaft slinging around, but hoping you slowed down quickly enough that it didn't beat out the housing.

Once you get things apart you should be able to see if anything's busted. Good luck!

Maybe somebody mentioned this and I missed it, but are the front hubs locked? Might be spinning everything up front...my jeep did this and I found bad u-joints and a bad front output bearing at the transfer case.
