4500 RPM to be correct another fellow OB member no owns that fine spring, i installed it myself in my pump, and i installed it in Dragrag's last i herd it was doing fine, my engine didnt let go, it blew a head gasket, still runs perfect tho, just leaks water

depending which truck the engine is out of (international or Ford) will determine the governor. the International is governed at 2850 and the Ford is at 3300
