Hopefully located close-ish to Jersey? Wheels would be a plus

2wd or 4wd?

If you are actually going to haul big payloads, get a proper dually axle Your bearings will thank you.

Yeah, i have them on my 86 dually.... it was single wheel from the factory and converted by Centurion Lehman. But I agree that they suck..... if......IF..... you have to pull a brake drum, and you will...... you've got 8 lug nuts that have to be removed an eighth turn at a time with a wrench..... it has to be done tediously and systematically over the course of a day.... they are miserable..... i would love to eventually score a real dually differential...... BUYER BEWARE!!! DUALLY EXTENTION THINGS SUCK!!! you've been warned.... my job here is done.....

Full floater dually Sterlings are plentiful and reasonably priced. If you are feeling saucy, put the E350 disk brakes on it before you install it in your truck.
