I have and believe me, they scuff the crap out of the paint underneath! Way worse than plastic!

My F150 came with a bedliner similar to that except the actual bed cover was 1/2" rubber, and the walls were treadplate. Took it out when I did some resto work on the truck and never bothered to put it all back in. With a 302 engine, every pound counts:rotflmao

Still have it, but its just sitting in the yard.

What I really didn't like about it was the screws that were used to attach it to the factory steel. Just seemed so crude.

I've got one, only in my case, I'm pretty sure it's what's holding most of the box together.... LOL

They also eliminated the stock wheelwells when they built it as a bonus.... LOL

That's funny, I plan to do the same thing to the Vanchero.

The bed is all fiberglass, bottom, sides, front, the tailgate is metal surrounded by fiberglass. They put a sheet of dimondplate down the middle, but the sides are all rotten, so I'm going to redo it with all diamondplate. It's a custom bed, so there's nothing out there in the aftermarket I could use, just build it myself.

I would love to put that hard plastic, or rubber floor liner in the place of carpet in my truck like this guy has. Anyone have any experience with it, or is it an option?
