Almost all bumpers like that bolt directly to the frame without any modification, as long as they are designed for that generation in your case 87-91. Another one for you to look at is bronco air bumpers.
If you don't have any plans for your current rubber guards, I call DIBS. :D

This is good to know! It's gonna be a little while before I can afford one but when I do replace the bumper the current rubber guards are yours! They slide into receivers, kind of a cool design. They take 30 seconds to take off, just like changing your hitch in a receiver. I honestly don't know when I will buy a bumper, figured it's gonna cost around $1,500 So..... Now to determine if I want a turbo kit or a bumper first.... Decisions Decisions.....

If you have a lot of deer or the like around there I'd say bumper these trucks don't take hits all that well. Last one I hit wrecked the bumper, fender, stone deflector and pushed the fender into the door. If not then turbo all the way. :peelout

I know ho to weld, kinda.... But I don't have a shop nor the tools to fabricate something like that haha. I am actually gonna buy the turbo kit and bumper at the same time... I did some budgeting and I can very comfortably afford both.

Sounds like you need hydro boost too
The second bumper you posted was built by triplesix he's a member over on FSB I'm pretty sure he would custom build you one if you contacted him.
