E350 7.3 differences

Hey guys been a while since I posted on here. But I'm in need of some help. My 7.3 died last week by means of a rod through the block. Been trying to hunt down a new motor and found one from a e350 and was wondering what other than the oil filler neck and oil cooler might be different. Also is it possible to convert it to the serpentine belt set up I have now? Thanks

The driver's side exhaust manifold, the fuel filter tower, motor mounts, oil cooler headers, and probably something else I can't remember right now. I'm running a 7.3 out of a E350 in my F250 now. All the F-series stuff will bolt on the the motor out of an E-series.

Wire for the sender on the fuel filter housing is different length. The one on my F engine was too short to reach my E's top-mounted filter head.

Other way around will be a little long on your tower, I trust.

Curious about the serpentine thing myself.

Thanks for the reply's thats the kind of info I needed. On the serpentine set up I'm more concerned about the harmonic balance r I figured the rest of the things will bolt right up.
