99 F350 cutting out/oil leak

I have been having trouble with this truck cutting out at 2500 rpm.
Now I have a severe oil or fuel leak at the from of the engine, it appears to be coming from somewhere near the HPOP. It looks like oil...

Now, I ran the heck out of it on the way home and no cutting out, ran up to 3000 rpm with no issues.

Could this be related?

Could be the ICP sensor.
You need to find the source of the leak.
