The factory AC is pulled in my 94' IDI CC Dually Auto ....

Has a K code 7.3 engine

AC compressor will eventually seize I imagine and I don't
want to lose a serpentine belt .....

Anyone pull the compressor without putting in
a ' factory filler pulley ' and run a smaller size
serpentine belt ...... :dunno

If so, do you know what size belt to ask for ?

Also, is there a reasonable source for the
belt tensioner/ pulley assembly ?

Thanks ....

Jim, I've wondered this as well since I need to step up to a 3g alternator on Mater my plow truck and have all of the serpentine parts, brackets and accessories to make it happen but I don't need AC for a winter truck.:dunno

I don't think your belt will run because of the direction it travels now. Uhaultech has the ac compresser replacement idler pulley and sometimes I see one listed on ebay.. I do know the vacuum pump wont be driven if you do away with the ac pulley and not install a replacement pulley.
