ok, i saw everyones unhappiness with the 4.7 oil change issue, heres your fix...NO mess.
1: get a piece of cardboard..cut a rectangle out about 8"x16"
2: stick the card board up through the access hole until it bottoms out against the block underneath the oil filter..(youll have to obviously bend it into a half moon shape to contour the access hole.
3: loosen filter and let oil run down your makeshift funnel and into a pan
4: when it stops draining unscrew it completely and let it slide down your fancy piece of engineering and out it comes..NO OIL ON THE SKIDPLATE!!!!!
5: install new filter, remove special tool #1MaD31tMy53Lf
(i made it myself) for those who didnt get the joke :Sly

hope this helps...see, us dealership fellers are good for something besides free work ;Sweet

if you want a permenant tool for this use..use some sheet metal instead of cardboard..we use cardboard because we have an endless supply, changing all those broken dodge parts
