4. The 3 door truck does horrible in 60/40 offset crashes as well.
For years it never made sense to me why the 3rd door was on the right side until I thought about gov't and insurance institute testing. They always wreck the vehicle on the left side when doing a 30 or 40 mph 60/40 offset...
Whoa. While I can't speak for this application the rule around here is "anybody but Safelite" and I deal with hundreds of body shops. They all bitch that its cheap Asian glass.
I just put a windshield in through one of my body shop buddies and heard it all over again.
Places 1-8 payout in both Pro Street and Street Diesel!
I can tell you from my 100 trips to Albany over the years that the hotels fill up fast and its not the place you want to show up then start looking for a room. All it takes is one little mini-convention or AG Expo and that place is...
I grew up on M1 but couldn't justify 4 gallons every 3 months in my PSD's.
However, I came across a deal on a case of Amsoil and I'm on my 2 gallon of it in the Rabbit.
Make sure you have a pan that can accept a high volume of oil at a time. A dime or quarter size drain hole in a typical plastic pan is not sufficient and you'll find yourself plugging the pan hole with your finger to allow the top of the pan to drain.
Trust me. LOL
I agree.
I have a buddy that dropped the cat, did a Y just before the cab meets the bed, dropped the muffler and exited out each side of the spare. This sounded like a sweet mufflerless big block but it was LOUD and it had turbo drone.
When he jumped on it I could hear him when he was a...

I did it on my 03. It sounded good IMO, EGT's dropped a little (75 degrees maybe?) and it seemed like it spooled up slightly faster (but nothing like the turbo response of adding an exhaust to a 7.3).
I would do it again and well before I dropped $400+ on an exhaust system.
Wrong.
Fletcher is NHDRA while this is a DHRA Pro Street Truck. The difference here is Darren is required to weigh 5500#'s to be legal. Fletcher is nowhere near 5K and he falls under a totally different set of rules under a totally different governing body.
I don't mean to take away...
I remember that Ford driver pulling into our parking lot talking about getting his arse drug around. LOL
We tried to get over there for those shenanigans but the police were Johnny on the spot that night.
Drunk boys and thier high dollar toys..... :rotflmao
Tim, dump the piece and get a Dodge like every 5th PSD owner is at the moment.
Easier and cheaper to mod plus its a proven motor that's been around the block a few times. I can't wait for mine......
Either that or get an 03 7.3.
