    Thanks to everyone for your advice and suggestions but the problem was a crack in the tank selector on the frame side. I bypassed it and ran off the saddle tank. It has ran steady now for 14 hours with out shutting down and no power issues as well.

    So fare this is not looking so good any more. maybe i'll go back to my original idea of a remote mounted turbo. I say this only because i have a couple turbos from an old street rod i had so why spend money on somhing i have and just need to make it work.
