Cold Start Problems
I need some help. I have a 2001 24v 3500 ram 2wd with a 5 speed manual. When the temps get below 40*F it will not start. I have tried cycling the heaters multiple times, new batteries, new lift pump, and still nothing. When I plug the truck in at night, it starts fine. Once I get it started...- JMeier

12 valve vs. 24 valve
My father has a 1997 12 valve 5 speed, and has way more power than my 2001 24 valve 5 speed. As far as I know they are both vintage. His smokes A LOT when shifting and mine doesn't. He was told that his turbo may have been drilled out and that was causing the smoke and extra power. Has anyone...- JMeier
