    I finally bought new radiator. I have truck back together and am ready to put antifreeze in. I bought 4 glns of FleetCharge from NAPA. As I began to pour it I noticed it is orange and stopped. Does it matter if it's orange or green?

    Talked to radiator shop. Bad news radiator is shot. It figures since it is the original. Now I'm in need of a radiator. I've been quoted $350-450 for a replacement. I have checked parts stores and they all seem to have plastic tanks. Anyone got a better idea on where to get a cheaper all metal type?

    Holy cow! I can't believe I forgot about the thermostat! Maybe I should just put down the tools and slowly back away? I'll pick up a new t-stat tonight and pull the old out so I can flush it better. I guess my water wasn't hot enough. I had it coming directly from my hot water tank.

    Ok cooler is remounted but I can't find a torque spec for the bolts. I have an account with Alldatadiy.com but It doesn't state anything. I also have the Haynes manual and it says nothing. Anyone know the torque specs for the oil cooler?

    I've got a '94 7.3L FT XLT CC Dually Centurion. Bought it in '06 with 77,000 on it and paid $14000. It has 111,000 miles on it now and KBB says it worth $4500. I guess KBB doesn't take into consideration that it is a custom conversion. With that low mileage it's worth a lot but not $15000.

    Dieselfiltersonline list the ZD9 but they state they are for non-turbo 7.3. They also list the Ford P/N F2TZ12A342A. Is this still the same part for a 7.3 factory Turbo?

    My neighbor has a '82 6.2 diesel 1 ton. Somehow he managed to break off the corner of the block mounting flange for the starter. It has cracked off across the outside bolt hole and won't hold the starter still. Can this be fixed or his he F@&$ed? Anyone ever have this happened to them?
