Is a turbocharging a old diesel reliable?
I got a 86 f-250 ive been thinking about slapping a turbo kit on, its a old truck whoever it runs great and i dont want to ruin that by slapping a turbo on it, what are some things i should upgrade and replace before turbocharging the truck besides head studs?- Dirty Bluford

86 6.9 idi no oil pressure at idle
Hello, Recently bought a 6.9 idi ran fine but parked on a hill it wouldn’t suck fuel. Fixed it and vented the system everything seems to run ok but now at idle it wont read oil pressure but the idiot light wont turn on. As soon as it get going oil pressure comes back up the middle.
