Still Smoking......and no Power
I replaced the lift pump in my 2001 Ram 24 valve, straight six deisel. I still have a problem. After lettting the truck sit over night or at work, it fires right up, and "knocks" after 15 seconds she quites down, begins to smoke, won't tack up and has no power. Smokey Starting
I have a 2500 dodge desiel with a cummin straight six, 2001 model year, 5.9 24 value. For some reason after letting the truck sit over night or all day at work, she fire up quickly, but begins to smoke (blue) not (white). She will not rev up and the motor seem to go quite.
