What do y’all think?
I would verify you can get good cooking oil before investing a bunch into equipment. I admit I have not done and exhaustive search but it seems most of the oil is already being taken in my area. It would suck to invest a bunch of money and not be able to get the crucial ingredient.- spanky1205

Pressure driven ‘fuge VS. Gravity ‘fuge
I believe one of the benefits of using a gravity centrifuge is you do not have to make a second pass. Take that with a grain of salt as I have never used any of them. PA Biodiesel had a number of videos explaining the different between their centrifuges and the benefits and draw backs of them...- spanky1205
