    Test the brown wire with the headlight switch unplugged. Is there power? Is there resistance between the wire and a ground?

    You're right I forgot it was powered through the plug. I don't see how it's possible that the brown wire on both sides of the plug (if disconnected) is grounding.

    Yeah a lot of people tend to destroy them for swaps. I bought one wrecked for my swap. If the guide pin is stuck you may not be able to pull the fuel pin up and out. I suspect due to it sitting that it is gummed up/stuck.

    Have you checked the intercooler boots for a leak? My other suggestion is the fuel pin/guide pin is stuck in the bore. I'd pull the top of the AFC off and pull out the diaphragm out with the fuel pin (mark the diaphragm before you pull it out) If you look down the bore you will see a pin. It...

    They are discontinued. I bought a new one a couple years ago for my Bronco. I'm planning on going with a Superduty hydroboost when the time comes. It will take some work on the mounting plate to get it to fit.
