I'm running 235 85 16 tires , I live on the beach and have deep sand, I have had to go to under 10psi with my 4x4 to pull a small trailer out on a flat incline in a deep sand area.- baja-Dean

Noisy alternator
I just upgraded my alternator to an early 3G 90s Taurus 130 amp alternator, had it reclocked, I notice in the video OP posted his belts must be very tight vs mine, would you say that is the tightness I should be aiming for? or would that cause bearing fatigue if you get it that tight...- baja-Dean

A/C Fuse Melted in the Fuse Box

6.9 IDI Strange Hardstarting issues.
my 86 i found the similar symptoms. for the last year I put in a secondary electric fuel pump , i would turn on the electric fuel pump as I had it wired to the park side of the keyswitch. I turned it on for 5-15 minutes before I would turn the truck on depending on how long i had not used...- baja-Dean

I use one on a 86 and a 90 and no problems. Because how inexpensive it is I do carry a spare when driving long distances because of the various complaints I have read. ya 1000 miles from autozone to autozone when I drive the baja.- baja-Dean

Ebay Buyer Beware
at least one state I checked into it allow you to file for a tittle without the title, it is kind of a bond thing the vin numbers are made public and after about 3 years of no contest you get a clean tittle.
