Heavy duty bumpers
I have a Thunderstruck bumper and like it pretty well. I've hit a big whitetail doe at about 50 and it didn't do anything to the bumper. I do wish it had a front receiver hitch, but it wouldn't get used that often anyway, I don't think.- Slog58

Low range shifting issues
No, no 4x4 light comes on either. The connector on the transfer case looks good and tight. Any way to ohm that out or check for voltage on those pins?- Slog58

Low range shifting issues
My issue is I can't get my pickup to shift while using low range. Pickup is 91 F350 auto. If I put it in drive it won't shift to second, if I put shifter in 2 it'll go to second gear but won't lock torque converter or ever shift to 3rd. Any ideas on what to look for or check for? Thanks!- Slog58

Need help with wiring headache
I'm swapping a 93 turbo IDI into and 91 IDI auto pickup. Everything's in and bolted together but when I went to connect the wiring harnesses, they're different connectors. On the 93 the big mass of wires comes in on the driver side and passenger side on the 91. I'm at a loss as to what I...- Slog58

What all is involved in putting a 93 turboed 7.3 in place of my 91 n/a
Sorry guys, shoulda given a little background info. Here's the deal, I bought a 91 CCLB auto, drove it for a week and started smoking like a chimney and burning oil like it's it's job. Burned bout 3 quarts in less that 125 miles, I'm assuming rings or scored piston though I haven't looked into...- Slog58

I'm in the process of the same thing, swapping a 93 turbo 5 speed into a 91 n/a auto. By the post earlier, will the auto flywheel not work on the turbo engine?- Slog58
