    Making vacuum

I couldn't get a close enough oring for the horn to turbo so I used one that's just a little to think. So that being said it could be cockeyed since it isn't flush like the other one

    Making vacuum

Alright, so I replaced the grommet on the top hat and the the issue was still present. So I moved on to the air pressure test. Leaving everything hooked up I was dropping from 20psi to 15psi in about 3 minutes. So I decided to only test the compressor to rule out the intercooler. When I just...

Ok, do I need to isolate the turbo to check it that way?

I did also just notice that there is no washer or grommet between the bolt and snail

    Making vacuum

Idk if it would make the issue but the intake horn oring was a little thicker so it didn't seat all the way down like the factory one

oldbull8, before the horn is a 90 degree elbow to a brand new airtex dry flow filter. The timing was retarded, I don't have the timing stuff so I just adjusted a little past the timing marks until I can get the tool. I am also currently seeing 1/2psi boost not 5psi. Before the intercooler...

It runs like it doesn't have a turbo. The turbo has a brand new center section.

    Making vacuum

It's just confusing how it was boosting great before the intercooler and now it isn't, even after I deleted the intercooler

    Making vacuum

All autometer. Boost is at the top hat, pyro is right after driver manifold

    Making vacuum

Ok under acceleration it starts at 5inches of vacuum and gets to .5lbs of boost before I have to let off due to egts.

    Making vacuum

Sorry, when I drive it I can only make 1/2psi if I'm lucky. Under acceleration it still builds the 5lbs vacuum and egts skyrocket. Fuel is up ~2.5 flats.

So I'm at a loss. I have a 6.9 in a 92. Bought a used 088 ats kit, got it installed and was pulling 7psi before I'd have to let out due to egts. So to remedy the issue I installed an intercooler. When I drove it afterwards under throttle at idle I was pulling 5lbs vacuum. Started trouble...
