    Parting out: 1988 Centurion F250 7.3 NA ZF5 4x4

This is "Plan B" in my signature. Injection pump pooped the bed and the frame was toast and the wiring was messed up... She had a good life. Rust free hood $65, tranny$500, transfer case (doesn't work in reverse in 4H but does in 4L and 2H??)$50, rear end (outer seals blown)$60, seats (out of a...

    Straight Pipe Or.....

For the most part, I agree with you. I hate the sight of those trucks that someone spent 10K just to make it useless. Bought my 88 for $1900 and it needed a new exhaust, bed, and front bumper. Might as well make all three :D. I had a roller from a round baler that was lying around and a stack...

    Straight Pipe Or.....

NA 88 is straight piped to a 3.5 inch stack. Loud as hell expecially with it farther up in the RPMs. Factory Turbo 94 is also straight piped factory exhaust but the turbo quiets it down a lot. Both sound good to me but I prefer the turbo.

Now stocking Wicked Wheel for the IDI

Justin at R&D is doing some testing on the wicked wheel to see if it is worth it or not by having people dyno their rigs and swap in the WW. He is posting the results to the idi page on Facebook. I actually talked to him last night to see how far he is on the project and he said he waiting for a...

Harry hit a gusher...Passenger side oil leak 7.3 IDI turbo.

I laugh at the snooty folks in their cars. I actually pushed about eight or nine of them out of the parking lot of my apartment when the snow hit. Too bad I have four wheel drive!

    6.9 Superduty

How about a zf5? Seems way simpler and reliable (Seeing as that's what you're going for with the engine anyway.) Looking forward to seeing this build!

OK. How Crazy of an Idea is This...

Great post! I appreciate the positive words at the end. Like I said before, the likelihood of me doing this is nearly 0%. I just tossed an idea to ponder. I believe that I will be hooking up a third battery.

    Oil Sample

Currently running Wally-World Rotella 15-40w. I'm happy with it. I've new had an oil analysis done but I change my oil every 4,000. (My truck doesn't get idled for long periods of time or hotrodded.)

    Yesterday: B20... Today: DieselHPR ??

I completely forgot that I asked them about that. I asked them why it was more expensive. They said that they are supplying it to the fuel stations at around the same rate as they can buy B20. He said it was all because the fuel stations feel like they can make a some more $$$ on the deal which...
