As nickcox pointed out above. Any exhaust leaks? I developed the slightest crack on the drivers side manifold right where in make the bend downwards and started getting a tick from 1500ish RPM but only under load and it was temperature dependent.
I agree with charging the core up front is the safest way to go! I know when i ordered my Moose Junior I said I probably wouldn't ship my old one back because I'm sure its not rebuild-able and the cost of cross border shipping. As soon as I get the pumps swapped the old one will be on its way...
The sandblaster tip for a pressure washer works better then the gravity feed units and uses less amount of bead stock. Its good for small jobs. And something you would want to do outside.
