    Edge EZ, or a Comp box, I would reccomend the Comp and leave the pump wire untapped for the time being. He will upgrade the tranny to handle the power at some point and get the performance bug. It hasn't failed to happen yet.

    Hold the trip odometer down while turning the key on, this will initiate a self check of the dash cluster, all lights should come on one by one and all gauges should go from all the way over to the left to the opposite side by increments. This will tell you if the gauges themselves are working...

    One other note on the clutch, go ahead and get the high HP rated version of whoever's you go with, the initial cost is not much more and is well worth not having to pull the tranny...again. I did it the "wrong" way the first time and got not enough clutch trying to save some money...big mistake...

    I have an OFE in my truck as well, love it, the only problem I have is it will chatter a bit when backing the house into a spot. I really need a 2wd low kit, the Rickson's and 3.54's make for a high gear ratio and I think that is part of the problem.

    Just to reinforce what has been said, whichever box you get, GET GAUGES!!! If the box you get has them built in, great, if it does not, install the gauges first. You don't want to find out why.
