bought me a brain bucket(helmet) today,and some race gas,same as av. fuel i think but may try to fly tommorrow if not to windy,may try to video and give u guys a good laugh- milightfo

well i fired it up this morning,it has a 4 cyl.continental on it,drove it around the pasture,which the horses did not like,but i think i kinda got the feel for it and it seems like its going to take off pretty quick,had a few short lift offs,but its kinda windy today so i probably wont try to...- milightfo

u can replace the mechanical pump with a electric fuel pump,my 84 did this even after replacing return lines,cant find a leak but obviously ones there,but this mod fixed the problem,lots of info for that problem on this site ,good luck- milightfo

where to get bigger exhaust
4'' pipe from off the turbo will take alot of convincing ,with a body lift a big hammer u may get it to work,i would go a bit smaller off the turbo and then to 4'',just my thoughts- milightfo

x2 on trying another starter,the prior owner may have cooked that starter even though it looks new,go to autozone and have it tested,i had the same experiance with a new looking starter.- milightfo
